What it is
Adopt Me Bolt pet coloring is the mid-October wave where players haul the new Halloween bellhop monkey into the Salon, slap on custom paints, and film the before-and-after with the paint code plastered on screen so anyone can paste the same combo.
Bolt dropped with Hauntlet Returns on October 9, 2026. Official notes from Uplift Games introduce him as the hotel’s new bellhop: an Uncommon pet for 10,000 Candy Corn at the Haunted Hotel front desk (you can also hatch him from a Basic Egg or Admin Abuse Egg, or trade for one). Neon Bolt glows orange on the face, body interior, tail tip, one hand and foot, and the back spines. Mega Neon cycles rainbow through those same spots.
The coloring stack rides the Pet Paints Salon rewrite that shipped in September 2025. Official Pet Paints notes added bubble-tap recolors, Mega Neon paints, and shareable paint codes: change a pet’s colors and the code at the bottom of the Salon UI updates; paste that string on another pet of the same type and the design snaps on. Codes recreate unlocked paint combos. They are not hex color pickers.
